Elena Koll, BSc

Elena Koll was born and raised in Salzburger Land, where she also attended the Zell am See commercial academy and discovered her enthusiasm for numbers and accounting at an early age. After graduating from high school, Elena started her career at a renowned tax consultancy firm in the Tyrolean lowlands. There she completed the accountancy exam at WIFI Tirol while working.

After successful years in the profession, she decided to start a bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Innsbruck. Elena successfully completed this degree and is currently in the final semester of her Master's degree in "Accounting, Auditing and Taxation". During her studies, Elena was able to gain important professional experience in a tax consultancy firm and a Big Four auditing company, both in Innsbruck, and thus combine science and practice. Elena has been working as a student assistant at the Institute of Accounting, Taxation and Auditing since spring 2023. Her field of activity is auditing, where she works together with Prof. Dr. Sven Hartlieb on exciting and current projects.
