The creative writing project was first introduced in winter semester 2019/20 by Violet Stathopoulou-Vais as part of the Language and Text Production course, Master’s Programme in English and American Studies. Each semester students are invited to engage in a variety of issues they feel strongly about and use their linguistic resources creatively while exploring narrative techniques and styles. Selected visuals and an underlying topic serve as an initial orientation that brings about very divergent texts, from linear narratives to autofiction and more experimental modes.
