Conference Dinner

Our conference dinner is taking place on Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 08:00 pm at Bierstindl restaurant, which is a short tram ride or a 30-minute walk away from our conference venue. The three-course meal with a meat and a vegetarian option for the main course costs €26.90 (excluding drinks):

Starter: pumpkin cream soup with roasted pumpkin seeds

Main course: 

• braised beef roulade with spaetzle and red wine sauce OR
• quinoa and kale strudel with a celeriac and root vegetable cream and stewed tomatoes

Dessert: apple strudel

Pre-registration is required by December 15, 2023!
