Abstract Submission
Download the template for abstract submission.
Abstracts should be uploaded via ConfTool.
You can either apply for a talk or a poster. If your application for a talk is rejected, you automatically get a poster presentation.
Abstracts can be submitted until 1st May if you want to apply for a talk, and until 15th May if you want to have a poster.

The conference prices include:
- conference site access
- materials
- daily coffee breaks
- served lunches
- welcome reception with served dinner
- poster session with a buffet
- conference dinner
In addition, the prices "With Hotel" include accommodation in a hotel in Innsbruck for four nights (Sunday 11th June until Thursday 15th June), and four times breakfast in these hotels.
For accompanying persons who do not want to attend the conference, we also have the option "Hotel only". When you choose this option, you get accommodation in a hotel in Innsbruck, but you do not get access to the conference itself.

Please indicate special food requirements like allergies in the field "Miscellaneous" --> "Remark of Participant" in step 2 of the registration process
Accommodation
By default, if you choose "Student" you will be accommodated in a double room. If you choose "Regular" you will be accommodated in a single room. If you have preferences that deviate from this default option, please contact us via e-mail.
If you wish to share a room with a particular person, please indicate this in the field "Miscellaneous" --> "Remark of Participant" in step 2 of the registration process.
