Jun 19, 2023: Registration opening. 
Sep 01, 2023: Talk/Poster abstract submission deadline. 
Sep 15, 2023: Talk/Poster notification.
Oct 20, 2023: Registration deadline.

Registration Fees

Regular registration: 200 Euro (to Oct 20, 2023) 
Student / Ph.D. Student registration: 100 Euro (to Oct 20, 2023) 

Register Now

All participants must register via the Conftool platform. Registration opens on the 19th of June 2023.

Details on the registration process via Conftool:

  1. Head to Conftool: https://webapp.uibk.ac.at/inqa2023
  2. Log into your Conftool user account 
  3. Click on “Register as Participant” to start the registration process 
  4. Complete the form with your information and make your payment
  5. To submit the abstract for a talk or a poster, select "Submit Contribution" and select the type of contribution.
