Fern garden

The fern quarter at the western end of our gardens was redesigned a few years ago. The larger part is dedicated to native ferns and their companion plants. More than 35 different fern species from the Alps grow in the shade of conifers and in the company of other species typical for our forests.

The smaller southern part of the fern garden is home to ferns and their companion plants from other parts of the world with a similar climate to ours. Visitors can relax in this secluded part of the gardens and immerse themselves in the world of ferns.
