The Integrated Diploma Programme in Law (Italian Law) trains lawyers in Italian and German in Italian law. The programme, which is run jointly with the universities of Padua and Trent, emphasises European, international and comparative law aspects as well as South Tyrol's autonomy.

Enrollment takes place via the doctoral program in law.
Study and research at two universities and in two languages. This is what the Universities of Innsbruck and Padua have been offering since the winter semester 2012/2013 with the PhD doctoral programme in Italian Law (Dottorato di ricerca in materie giuridiche). With the university bulletin dated June 26, 2024, issue 78, the PhD programme in Italian Law has been discontinued.
