I had the fantastic opportunity to visit the University of Iceland (UIce) as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training, representing the University of Innsbruck (UIBK). This experience significantly enhanced my understanding of our collaboration within Aurora.

During the visit, discussions centered on the strengths and missions of both UIBK and UIce. Valuable insights were gained regarding the structure of the Aurora Office, its operational processes, and management strategies. Additionally, communication strategies for promoting Aurora activities and the collaborative development of educational programs were examined, along with effective methods for engaging staff and students.

Overall, this visit provided an invaluable opportunity to strengthen relationships and explore new avenues for collaboration. I am grateful for the insights gained and look forward to applying them in our ongoing partnership within Aurora.
