In our ongoing research projects, a wide variety of challenges and problems of human resources work in companies, nonprofit organizations, and public administration regularly play a central role. We make our findings and those of our research colleagues available to an audience of practitioners interested in personnel topics in the form of practical publications and events such as the . We attach particular importance to an exchange between science and practice.
Through the model of the "HRM Förderkreis", we offer HR specialists from Tirol-based organizations an in-depth opportunity for cooperation. As members of the Förderkreis, each organization receives privileged access to current research results as well as invitations to our current events. While we strive to network selected HR experts with an interest in practice-relevant research findings with each other, we also seek to engage HR experts in applied research to facilitate learning for our students.
Our Förderkreis members contribute to our annual research funds which enables a continuous exchange between us. For example, this contribution enables us to present results at scientific conferences, invite guest researchers, develop methodological skills, and much more.
The HRM Förderkreis offers the following concrete possibilities:
- Annual free participation in the annual event: Innsbrucker Personneldialog
- Presentation opportunity as an employer (in the context of guest lectures in courses)
- Placement of diploma/master theses
- Placement of job offers on the HRM & Employment Relations LinkedIn page
- Engagement of practice-relevant questions within the framework of project seminars
