New pathways for upskilling temporary workers
The commitment of local stakeholders from human resource management (HRM), works councils, and training institutions is important in order to breathe new life into existing labour market support instruments. Using the example of upskilling temporary workers, this project aims to develop new approaches for how responsibility among local stakeholders may be shared in the future and how cooperation can be organised effectively.

Unitarism in Human Resource Management Studies
Unitarism is a perspective on employment issues that focuses on management concerns, and it is particularly prevalent in management studies. Through surveys conducted at Austrian universities, we are examining how university lecturers and students view unitarism and exploring what possibilities exist to create space for other perspectives on employment issues.

How can HR technology contribute to promoting diversity?
The effectiveness of HR technology depends on the interplay between quality of technologies in use and a company’s HR processes. As part of a corporate collaboration with a leading Austrian logistics provider, we are studying (deleted the example part) the Job Ad Decoder (JADE), an augmented writing tool designed to help users write inclusive job advertisements, to explore how this technology and human interaction can be optimized to increase diversity in applicant pools.
