Interested in sustainable approaches to managing people and employment, my research is at the intersection of skill formation systems (apprenticeships) and skill development systems (HR talent management) for promoting decent work. I engage with the institutions of work to illuminate how institutional experimentation can advance sustainable responses and generate benefits for employees.
