My research focus is on the digital condition and its influence on organizing phenomena. I apply practice-based theorizing to unpack the generative dynamics of data-driven and value-based practices. The practice theory approach lends a path for my research inquiries to traverse disciplinary boundaries (e.g. leadership and entrepreneurship). With a focus on work and organization, the aim is to reveal not just what people do, but how they make meaning, form identity, and produce dis/order.
