We are pleased to announce that our Postdoctoral Researcher Ruidong Zhu has been awarded the Early Stage Funding by the University of Innsbruck, receiving a grant of 12,000 EUR.
He will use this funding to conduct his new research project titled: “CEO Loss Aversion and Slack Resource Deployment: Implications for Corporate Sustainability”. This project examines why and how CEOs make decisions regarding the redeployment of organizational slack resources in the context of sustainability. By exploring the role of CEO loss aversion in these strategic choices, the research aims to shed light on critical behavioral mechanisms that influence corporate sustainability outcomes.
We look forward to the insights his research will bring to both academia and practice.
