About the point of entry: Where to start?

In terms of the practical application of elicitive conflict work, the first question concerns focus - which theme, actor, or group of actors is given priority. Wherever elicitive conflict workers intervene, they become change agents within the system, with the inevitable consequence that they, too, will undergo change. This applies to all themes, levels, and layers.

Just as well as the practical elicitive conflict work may commence in any of the previously described layers, from the intrapersonal and spiritual to the interpersonal and policitary, and in all themes, you can similarly order your basic ideas and start exploring the ECM mind map at any of these points.

For our own mind map planning, we suggest using the following sequence: Principles, Themes, Layers, Levels and the ECM as working method.
