Admission

Admission to the Extension Programme Mountain Regions requires admission to one of the following Master's or Diploma programmes at the University of Innsbruck or the completion of a Master's or Diploma programme at an Austrian university:

If admission to the regular degree programme for which it serves as an extension expires, admission to the extension programme expires at the same time.

Recommended Course Sequence

The exemplary course sequence given below is recommended for full-time students beginning their study programme in the winter semester. The table shows one possible course sequence for the bachelor's programme and is not compulsory. Delays resulting from repeated examinations are not taken into account.

The Extension Programme Mountain Regions comprises 32 ECTS-Credits (ECTS-AP) and can be completed in 2 semesters. One ECTS credit corresponds to a student workload of 25 hours).
