Workshop on "Authentic Work: Effective and successful in everyday working life"
On Thursday, 14 November 2024, the workshop ‘Authentic work: Effective and successful in everyday working life’ took place at the Ágnes-Heller-Haus in Innsbruck.
We were able to welcome Lucas Maunz, MSc, as a speaker, who provided valuable input in his area of expertise - authenticity in professional life. The focus was on the question of how authentic behaviour in everyday working life can sustainably promote professional well-being, health and motivation.
We looked at how employees can currently deal with their work tasks and how daily tasks and demands affect them. The participants gained new insights into their strengths, values and how and when they can work authentically.
The workshop also provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and make new contacts in a relaxed atmosphere. The positive feedback from the participants showed that the topics of authenticity and sustainable work organisation are very important in today's working world.
We would like to thank everyone who took part in this inspiring workshop.
Network meeting and lecture with the Ambassador of Luxembourg: SE Jean Graff
The Relationship Management of the University of Innsbruck and the Luxembourg Consulate welcomed the Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, SE Jean Graff, to Innsbruck on Wednesday, 9 October 2024.
The ambassador's exciting keynote speech on perhaps the most European state in Europe and its many links with Innsbruck was a complete success. The lecture offered fascinating insights into Luxembourg's role within the EU and its special relationship with our region. Afterwards, the participants came together at a cosy reception where they were able to taste the exquisite Luxembourg Crémant. This was also an excellent opportunity to make valuable contacts and exchange ideas with students, alumni and company representatives and provided an enriching and inspiring experience for all those present.
