Master's degree in teaching (French, Italian, Spanish)

The Master's degree programme in Secondary School Teaching French, Italian or Spanish provides you with highly specialised, research-based knowledge to enable you to work as a language teacher at secondary schools. The programme lasts two years (4 semesters) and comprises 120 ECTS credits (ECTS-AP). In addition to a subject-specific and didactic specialisation in French, Italian or Spanish (25 ECTS-Credits), the educational science foundations (25 ECTS-Credits) are deepened. Interdisciplinary competences (20 ECTS-Credits) allow you to pursue your own interests (see also elective packages). A Master's thesis must be written in the respective foreign language.
