Curriculum vitae:
Viviana M. Oberhofer is a research assistant at the Department of Information Systems, Production, and Logistics Management (University of Innsbruck), while completing her Ph.D. in Management at the University of Innsbruck. In 2020 she completed her diploma in International Economics and Business Studies at the University of Innsbruck. In 2017/18 she spent one year at the University of Maastricht (Netherlands) as part of an exchange program. In Summer 2022 she completed her studies in Computer Sciences as part of an extension program at the University of Innsbruck.
Her research interests lie in conversational agents (CAs) in human-agent teams and AI-enabled CA collaborations. She investigates the impact of social robots and chatbots on teams and individuals. She explores dyadic human-generative conversational AI collaborations, and she studies the influence of CAs as decision support systems on the individual's decision-making.
