Bachelor thesis registration
Civil and Environmental Engineering
In accordance with the rules of the curriculum, Bachelor's theses are written and presented as part of courses with an examination character (exercises). These courses must be completed within the respective semester. Proof of successful completion of the Bachelor's thesis must be submitted to the Examinations Office by 15 March (for Bachelor's theses in the winter semester) or 15 October (for Bachelor's theses in the summer semester) at the latest.
Students must register their Bachelor's thesis by 30 November if they complete it in the winter semester or by 30 April if they complete it in the summer semester .

Requirements for completing the Bachelor's thesis:
Students are entitled to complete Bachelor's theses as part of certain courses. However, this requires the positive completion of certain courses. All the necessary information can be found in the form entitled Requirements for Completing the Bachelor's Thesis.
Mechatronics
The Bachelor's thesis must be written and presented as part of the course "Seminar with Bachelor's thesis". The course is always held in the summer semester and has an inherent examination character.
Students must register their Bachelor's thesis by 30 April at the latest and complete it by 15 October.

Electrical Engineering

Procedure for graduation
Submission of examination record
Once all examinations have been taken and the Bachelor's thesis has been completed, the completed examination record must be submitted to the Examinations Office.
This can be done in person or by e-mail (prüfungsreferat@uibk.ac.at) after making an appointment.
Collecting the final study documents
As soon as the final documents have been issued, you will be contacted by the colleagues in the Examination Office by email. Documents can be sent to you or collected in person (an appointment is also necessary here).
