Reading place reservation

There are three options:

• with the anny app on your smartphone.
• with the Access to the anny reservation system on the ULB website.
• or you can contact our customer service team at the desired Location.
  Our staff will be happy to book your reading space for you.

1. When opening the app for the first time, please select the option anny.eu under Data host region. Then click on Continue with SSO (=Single-Sign-On).
2. In the Organization Domain field, please enter: uibk.ac.at, i-med.ac.at or mci4me.at
3. Use your usual log-in data for Single Sign-On (=SSO).
4. You can change the language under profiles.
5. Go to Explore and select the University and Provincial Library of Tyrol under  Find resources.

In the menu item Explore, you can select the desired library / learning space or take a direct look
with show map at the reading rooms .

You can reserve seats up to 10 days in advance.

The timeslots are now even more flexible: bookings can be made for any period - from 30 minutes to 8 hours.

Please remember to check in as soon as you arrive in the reading rooms. Reservations that have not been checked in will be automatically cancelled 30 minutes after the start of the booked time slot.

• You can check in via the anny app as soon as you are in the reading room. To do so, you must activate location sharing for anny.
• If you do not wish to use the app, you can also book via the browser. Our staff on site will then take care of the check-in for you.

Please also remember to check out if you leave your seat earlier than planned.

• If you would prefer to come by without reserving a seat in advance, you can come to the customer service desks on-site. Our colleagues will then take care of check-in for you directly.
• At peak times, it may happen that there are no seats available at short notice. However, we will be happy to check for you which location in the vicinity still has capacity.

Experience has shown that the study and reading spaces at the Innrain campus are particularly well booked at peak times or during examination periods.

Therefore, please be fair and cancel any bookings in advance that you cannot use. This is very easy to do - with just a few clicks - in theanny appor in the anny browser view.
