The Continuing Education Programme provides hands-on specialized knowledge in all relevant areas of a notary's office. Graduates are capable of thoroughly supporting and accompanying legal issues and the resulting business cases.

Qualification profile
The graduates
- have basic knowledge of notary regulations
- are familiar with the fundamentals of inheritance law
- possess basic knowledge of the probate process
- have basic knowledge of document drafting in civil law
- are acquainted with relevant areas of the land registry and commercial register.

Scientific advisor to the South Tyrolean provincial government on issues relating to EU law and the international anchoring of autonomy Scientific advisor to several federal ministries and the Tyrolean provincial government on EU law issues and to the government of the Principality of Liechtenstein on EEA law issues In January 2022, awarded the Grand Decoration of Honour in Silver for Services to the Republic of Austria at the Landhaus in Innsbruck.
