Dr. Earl H. Fry is Professor of Political Science and Endowed Professor of Canadian Studies at Brigham Young University. He has previously served as a Visiting Lecturer at the Sorbonne, Director of International Education and Canadian Studies at SUNY Plattsburgh, a Council on Foreign Relations International Affairs Fellow, and Special Assistant in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), part of the Executive Office of the President of the United States, among others. On Thursday, he gave a talk at the SoWi about the potential TTIP trade agreement and the possible effects current events in the Ukraine might have on it, which not only raised awareness on the topic, but also prompted a lively discussion with the audience.
