Meet and Greet with U.S. Cultural Attaché, Ms. Kellee Farmer

The new cultural attaché to Austria, Ms. Kellee Farmer, made her first official visit from the U.S. Embassy in Vienna to Innsbruck and the American Corner. Ms. Farmer had agreed to a small reception, at which she held a brief talk on her branch of diplomatic service. The audience listened intently to what she had to tell us about moving around in diplomatic service and some details of her workday. This was followed by an informal reception in which visitors could ask questions and everyone present had a chance to meet Ms. Farmer in person. It was especially interesting for us to see that the discussion moved towards TTIP at some point. Ms. Farmer was very willing to answer all the questions from the audience. We hope to invite Ms. Farmer back soon for a workshop of some sort.
