The aim is to design, optimise, implement, demonstrate and evaluate innovative, minimally invasive refurbishment solutions (thermal refurbishment and heating replacement) with heat pumps and PV in multi-storey residential buildings in seven identical buildings. A comprehensive comparison of different technical solution variants based on modular and scalable building technology systems as well as multifunctional building components for the replacement of decentralised gas floor heating systems with centralised, semi-centralised and decentralised heat pump solutions will be carried out.
