Information for academic staff

 

Dear colleagues,

The works council for academic staff represents your interests. We do so on an individual basis as well as by improving our working conditions in general, for instance in form of agreements with the rectorate that apply to all academic staff at our university.

 

On our homepage, you can find information on

• current events
• our regular staff meetings (usually held every six months and to which you are also invited by e-mail), including minutes of these meetings
• our works agreements
• the Austrian employment law
• and on university accommodation offers.

 

Of course, we are happy to offer you individual consultations too! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Ms. Sommeregger at betriebsrat-1@uibk.ac.at or approach one of our council members.
