We are currently planning for an on-site conference, for which the following fees apply.

The conference fee covers the conference and the Social Event (City Tour and Conference Dinner) on September 21, 2022. Please indicate during your registration whether you would like to attend the social event.
Master, PhD students, and PostDocs can also choose to join the YSGSB at no additional charge.
Terms and conditions, cancellation policy
- The registration for the conference is binding.
- The fee can be paid by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or via bank transfer.
Please pay by bank transfer from within the Eurozone. This saves us unnecessary fees to the credit card companies. - The participation fees are owed upon registration and have to be paid within 10 banking days following the registration.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the fees is received and will be cancelled if the fees are not received by the organizer within 15 banking days.
- As we cannot cover any transaction fees for international bank transfers, please make sure that the full amount due is transferred. When making a payment from outside the SEPA area or outside the EU, please use the bank transfer method "OUR" to ensure that any banking charges are paid by the originator of the payment.
- Fees are payable without any deductions.
- If you have to cancel your registration we refund 100 % of the fee until 31 July, 80 % for cancellations until 28 August. The conference fee will not be refunded for later cancellations.
- Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client.
- The conference program may be subject to changes.
Abstract submission
Please submit your contribution via ConfTool: https://www.conftool.com/isgsb2022/index.php?page=login.
The submission period ends on May 31, 2022 (midnight, CET).

We will notify authors regarding their acceptance or rejection until the end of July.
Guidelines for submission
- Submissions of abstracts are only accepted through the online submission system (ConfTool).
- Abstract & poster submission and conference participation are dealt with separately. Submitting a contribution does not imply that you are registered as a participant. There is a separate registration for participation within ConfTool.
- When submitting an abstract please indicate if you want to present your work as a poster or in the form of a talk or if both are possible for you.
- Please remember to click the "Save Submission" button on the second screen to finalize your submission.
