Information on the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme
What is Erasmus+?
Erasmus+ is a series of programmes developed by the European Community. The main aim of Erasmus+ scheme is to encourage the expansion of European co-operation in the field of education, as well as to make already existing study possibilities in the European Union accessible.
Erasmus+ covers all types of university co-operation such as student mobility and teaching staff mobility. The participants are chosen by the home institution. Erasmus+ enables students to spend a semester (or an entire academic year) abroad at a European University. The following countries participate in the Erasmus+ programme: all EU countries as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey.

Some of the questions you might want to consider are:
- What was it like to study at the partner university? (level of courses, language, etc.)
- How did you find accommodation and were there any challenges?
- Would you recommend studying at your partner university? Have you encountered any problems?
- Do you have any advice for other students who will come to study at this partner university?
