Marco Russo studierte Philosophie an der theologischen Fakultät in Innsbruck und war anschließend in der Forschung tätig (zuerst als Stipendiat und anschließend im Rahmen eines FWF-Projektes). Nun ist er an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Kultur und Theorie tätig. Er ist Mitherausgeber von Musikalben, hält Vorträge, schreibt Texte und organisiert oder kuratiert Konzert- u. Kulturformate. Lehraufträge und Workshops an der Universität Innsbruck (Italien-Zentrum, Architekturtheorie, ./studio3), dem Iwalewahaus in Bayreuth, der Akademie der bildenden Künste Wien, FH-Kufstein und an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Tirol.

Marco Russo studied philosophy at the Faculty of Theology in Innsbruck and subsequently worked in research (first as a scholarship holder and then as part of an FWF project). He now works at the intersection of art, culture and theory. He co-edits music albums, gives lectures, writes texts and organises or curates concert and cultural formats. He has taught at the University of Innsbruck (Italy Centre, Architecture Theory, ./studio3), the Iwalewahaus in Bayreuth, the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, the FH-Kufstein and the Pädagogische Hochschule Tirol.
