Aufgaben
Planning and performing MRI testing activities (internally at MED-EL headquarters and externally at MRI sites and test houses) according to specified standards and beyond
Improving existing and developing new MRI safety testing methods
Providing MRI safety related design input for implant development
Generation of MRI safety documentation for internal use and for submission to notified bodies
Qualifikation
Bachelor´s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in physics, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
Experience in laboratory work related to MRI safety testing according to ISO/TS 10974 (e.g., Radio frequency power deposition and transfer function measurements of implantable medical devices)
Ability to work in an MRI environment
Highly motivated team player with a self-directed and goal-oriented work style
Excellent communication and writing skills in English, basic German is a plus
