Your Responsibilities:

Support the Global Organization in compliance and ensure the flow of inbound and outbound material
Assist in the frequent interaction with our internal and external stakeholders such as Custom Authorities, Customers, Suppliers etc.
Support at import and export compliance checks as well as clarification and resolution of customs holds & issues
Support in the implementation of AI based software solutions
Support our team in global trade regulations research, preferential procedure and other special trade programs and regular customs broker audit
Carry out Data Analysis for customs relevant topics to assist the decision-making process
Ensure clean Process Management and assist with the continuous improvement of existing customs processes

Your Qualifications:

Ongoing / finished Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics / Industrial Engineering / Tax
Effective problem solving skills
Good analytical and strong communication skills
Fluent in German and English
Advanced MS Office Skills
Able to communicate with people from different countries
Interest in working in a technical environment is desirable

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
