Registration and Fees
Registration for the 13th Urban Drainage Modelling Conference (UDM 2025) will open in April 2025. In the meantime, we are working closely with potential sponsors and partners to secure the best possible rates for all participants.
Please note that the conference fees listed below are preliminary figures and should be viewed as tentative estimates. The final registration fees will be confirmed and published when the registration period officially begins.
Important Dates:
- Presenting authors of accepted publications must register by 31 May 2025 (for both oral and poster presentations) to be included in the program.
- Register before 31 May 2025 to take advantage of the early bird discount.

Workshops
Participation in the workshops on Monday (15.9.) will cost:
- Early registration: 75€
- Late registration: 90€
Please note that a seperate registration for the workshops is required!
Social Program
The organized tours to Bergisel or Hafelekar on Friday (19.9.) will cost:
- Bergisel: 60€
- Hafelekar: 90€
Please note that a seperate registration for the tours is required!
The conference dinner and welcome drink are included in the conference fee.
