The participation fee for the Winter School will cover tuition and materials, as well as transfer from Innsbruck to Obergurgl (and return) and coffee breaks for each of the 5 days. Accommodation and travel costs will have to be covered by the participants as well as any additional social/sporting events, if participants wish to do these.
The deadline for registrations is November 4, 2024. The registration fee and the rooms will have to be paid in full before that date. Check accommodation rates here.
Payment Policy
The invoice will be sent via e-mail. All fees are listed in EURO, and all payments must be made in EURO.
How to pay: via bank transfer. Please note that any fees associated with bank transfers are the responsibility of the attendee.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to ltrgi@uibk.ac.at.
Refunds due to cancellation will process as follows:
- Cancellation on or before September 08, 2024: Refund of 90% of the total room price and 90% of the fee for Winter School
- Cancellation on or before November 24, 2024: Refund of 80% of the total room price and 50% of the fee for Winter School
- Cancellation on or after November 25, 2024: No refund due to cancellation.
Substitutions are permitted.
