Being terrorism one of the most pressing challenges in modern society, the purpose of the project was to discuss the main legal issues about the impact of international terrorism on the international, European and domestic legal orders. The topic has been dealt with at the conference entitled "Counter-Terrorism Sanctions: the International, the European and the National Legal Framework" which took place on May 4th 2018 at the Accademia di studi italo-tedeschi di Merano.
