Relationship between flexibility at work and employees´ well-being: A multilevel re-analysis of data of the 4th European Survey on Working Conditions

Description:

Data from the 4th European Survey on Working Conditions (Eurofound, Dublin) will be used for an analysis of the relationship between several aspects of flexibility at work and employees´ psychophysical well-being (e.g. job satisfaction, psychosomatic complaints) taking into account the potential moderating influence of higher level variables (e.g. characteristics of the organization, national economies) on the relationship between flexibility and well-being on the individual level. Therefore, original variables of the 4th European Survey have to be combined to valid indicators of the interesting constructs and analyzed by hierarchical linear models (HLM).
