Qualification profile
Graduates
- know the basic mechanisms and forms of interpersonal communication and interaction,
- are able to deal with difficult emotions,
- have acquired practical skills in conducting psychological conversations,
- have a command of specific forms of conversation,
- know about the functions and phenomenology of the various non-verbal modalities.
Target group
Persons who want to improve their everyday professional performance through

- assertiveness in difficult conversation,
- improved skills of self-reflection
- professional dealing with oneself and with others.
Requirements
- Completion of a study programme covering a minimum of 180 ECTS-Credits, or
- proof of relevant competences due to professional activities, experience and achievements, e.g. completion of a secondary academic school or a secondary vocational school (AHS or BHS) and proof of several years of pertinent job experience, ideally including managerial work.
