Conference Series: Media - Knowledge - Education

The international and biannual conference is organized by the interdisciplinary forum Innsbruck Media Studies (IMS) of the University of Innsbruck (LFU) in cooperation with the Media Culture and Education Research Group (AG Medienkultur und Bildung) of the Society for Media Studies (GfM), and the Media Pedagogy section of the Austrian Association of Research and Development in Education (OEFEB) as part of the conference series "Media - Knowledge - Education". In September 2021 – in addition to Media - Knowledge - Education 2021: Critical Ecologies and Ecologies of Criticism – among others, the annual conference of the GfM will be hosted by our department. The general theme is "Knowledge Ecology". We are looking forward to numerous participants at both conferences.
