Basics
The activities and institutions on diversity and equality are based on international and national legal regulations, as well as on internal university regulations and objectives.
Diversity - what's it to me?
Diversity means diversity - people bring their social origins, gender, ethnicity and culture to the university as an institution. Migration movements and economic globalisation have multiplied the experience of diversity, it has become part of everyday life for many of us. This is associated with opportunities and chances as well as problems. In order for everyone to be able to exploit their potential, we are called upon to promote a democratic culture of interaction with one another and to dismantle barriers.
