This panel discussion analyzes the impact of Russia’s war against Ukraine on the proliferation and (non-)proliferation of nuclear weapons. The panelists will discuss whether/how the war will be an incentive for a further spread of nuclear weapons and how it will affect international efforts to contain this spread, in particular the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and its associated instruments.
