Movie streaming & Discussion of the film: "Picture a Scientist"
This year, the Fluvial Ecosystem Ecology group (FLEE) started the conversation about gender equity and inclusivity. As a result, we've decided to bring the topic to the Ecology Department. To do so, we will stream and discuss the film “Picture a Scientist”, a TRIBECA awarded film, depicting the most obvious and also the underneath-hidden gender discriminations that women undergo during their life in academia.
