Jacqueline Bloch
Jacqueline Bloch is an experimental physicist, Research Director at CNRS and working at the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at the heart of the Paris Saclay University campus close to Paris. She has done pionneering contribution in the physics of quantum fluids of light and their use to explore a huge variety of major modern physics problems and has received several prestigious prices such as the CNRS Silver Medal, and the Ampère Prize of the French Academy of Sciences.

Once a year the Innsbruck Physics Research Center is organizing the Innsbruck Physics Lecture.
The aim of this series of lectures is to introduce fascinating research advances presented by world-leading scientists. The Innsbruck Physics Lecture is mainly designed for physicists. Physic Bachelor and Master students are also cordially invited. In addition, scientists from other disciplines are very welcome.
