In this online workshop it will be explained: When does it make sense to register a trademark and how does this work, what protection can be obtained by a registered trademark and how to proceed.
The trade mark serves to clearly identify goods and services, whether as a word or a picture, or as a word and picture mark. The customer can thus clearly identify a service or a product and a company uses the trade mark above all to clearly distinguish itself from other competitors on the market.
