Bertus de Villiers is a Member of the State Administrative Tribunal of Western Australia. He is also an Adjunct Professor of the Law School of Curtin University. He is admitted as a legal practitioner in South Africa and Australia. He is a Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung (Germany). He is Consulting Editor for the Western Australian Law Reports.
