Research interests

My primary research focuses on the generation and detection of nonclassical states of light, ranging from single photons to mesoscopic scales, with particular emphasis on measuring and modeling the nonlinearity of single-photon detectors. My further research interests are experimental tests of fundamental quantum physics phenomena on photonics platforms – multi-particle wave-particle duality and quantum thermodynamics.

Current Funding

quantA fellowship P7040-019-029 “Unveiling the Nature of Genuine Many-Particle Phenomena: Quantum Interference and Complementary Relations“ (UNAGI).
