Since 2015, the rising number of refugees and migrants coming to the Euregio has contributed and indeed intensified the change of the social and political landscape. Due to the upcoming restrictive border regimes in most European states, many of the migrants, who have made it across the Mediterranean in the last years, have been forced interrupt their migration trajectories. The project aimed to reflect on different social practices on how cities in the Euregio regions have faced post migration realities by growing with societal change and not resisting it. The project provided moments of encounter and critical reflection for students, teachers and experts. |
