Caroline Wiertz did her PhD in Marketing at the Maastricht University
School of Business & Economics in Maastricht, Netherlands from 2000 to
2004. Right after that, she started her career at the CASS Business School in London,
United Kingdom as Lecturer, then Senior Lecturer in Marketing.
Today, Caroline Wiertz is Reader in Marketing, at the CASS Business School in
London, United Kingdom. Her main research fields are Business Administration, Marketing, Consumer Research, Services
Marketing, New Media, and Online Communities.
At her Research Visit at our Department, Caroline Wiertz will mainly focus
on the topic of online communities.
