Common problems
This section gives solutions to the most commonly-encountered problems when using the Citrix ICA Client.
I cannot connect to a Citrix server using its full Internet name.
The server name may not be able to be resolved to an IP address if you do not have a DNS (Domain Name Server) configured on your network and on your workstation. Alternatively, you can specify the server by its IP address, rather than by its name.
