Deadlines

• Submission deadline for abstracts: 15^th August 2017
• Notification for abstract acceptance: 31^st August 2017
• Cancellations: cancellations after November 13^th 2017 will not qualify for a conference fee refund. However, you will receive the book of abstracts and can publish your paper in the conference proceedings.

Registration fees:

• Regular fee (from 1^st October to 15^th November 2017): 100 €
• Early bird registration fee (deadline: 30^th September 2017): € 80
• Student registration fee (ID required upon registration): 50 €

The fee includes: conference documents (programme, list of participants, book of abstracts), food and beverages during coffee breaks (coffee, tea, juice and biscuits), some of the additional social events (such as the guided tour of Innsbruck).
