XVth Symposium on Atomic, Cluster ans Surface Physics 2006
February 4 - 9, 2006 in Obergurgl, Tirol, Austria
Symposium on Atomic, Cluster and Surface Physics is one in a continuing biennial series of conferences (the last one was held in 2004 in LaThuile, Aosta, Italy)) which seeks to promote the growth of scientific knowledge and effective exchange of information among scientists in the field of atomic, molecular, and surface physics and with a special emphasis on nano particle physics and biomolecules. The symposium deals in particular with collisional interaction involving different types of collision partners, i.e. electrons, photons, molecules, nano particles, and surfaces. A special emphasis of this conference will be to provide room for discussion between academics and industry.
We, the Institute for Ion Physics at the University of Innsbruck, proudly organize the 15th conference covering this topic in order
- to bring together people interested in this interesting fields of physics
- to enhance communication and discussion within the community in particular between industry and academics
- to share knowledge.
The upcoming SASP conference will be held in Obergurgl, Austria, from 4.2. to 9.2.2006. For general information what it is all about please see the announcement, also available in PDF format.
