Registration and Fees
Registration for SASP 2022 is now open. The conference registration fees are:
- Regular participants and accompanying persons in double rooms: EUR 750,-
- Students (2- or 3-bed rooms) with a valid student ID card: EUR 600,-
- Regular participants in single rooms: EUR 1000,-
The registration fee includes accomodation, breakfast and dinner (starting with the dinner on Sunday evening and ending with the breakfast on Thursday morning), the Conference Dinner, coffee breaks (Monday to Wednesday morning and afternoon, Thursday morning), transportation Innsbruck-Obergurgl on Sunday and Obergurgl-Innsbruck on Thursday.
Registration is a two-step process:
- First you have to register as a user of the conference registration tool.
- Then you have to register as a participant of the conference and submit your abstract.
Registrations will be handled on a first come first serve basis, thus please register at your earliest convenience. The deadline for registration is November 30, 2021.
Please note that the number of participants is limited due to the number of seats in the lecture hall and the number of rooms available at the Universitätszentrum. Registration for double rooms is therefore highly encouraged. Please add the name of your room mate, if already known during registration. Single-room-registrations may have to be changed to double-room registrations by the organizers, if there are not enough single rooms available.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (only MasterCard and VISA). In case you select the credit card payment, do not enter your credit card numbers. You will receive a separate link after registration.
