Registration

All attendees must register to attend the conference. Registration has to be completed at our registration and submission portal. Notice, that the deadline for the lower registration rate is March 25, 2017 (see below). The registration procedure covers the following steps:

Create a new user account to enter the registration and submission portal
Edit user account details: provide name, affiliation, email address, etc.
Register as participant: select conference
Check registration confirmation email for payment information
Pay registration fee by bank transfer within 7 days
Print out invoice and confirmation at the registration portal
Remember user account to access participant registration details at a later time

Fees

The registration fee (see below) includes welcome reception, coffee breaks and conference dinner as well as admission to all sessions and conference material including a copy of the Book of Abstracts. Lower registration rates apply for students.

*In order to claim the student fee proof of full time enrolment of University or College must be provided during registration.

Payment details (see below) will also be sent automatically by email after registration.

The registration fee must be paid in Euros by bank transfer to the account indicated below.
